This is so we (Sam and Sandy or S&S) can update you on the causes we are walking for. Right now they are March of Dimes' March for Babies (Team: Forget-Me-Nots) and Alzheimer's Associations MemoryWalk (Teams: Home Team and Vallhaven Forget-Me-Nots). So thank you for checking out our blog.

- We are a family of runners/walkers. We started out with just doing walks such as March for Babies (Walk America) and The Walk to End Alzheimers (MemoryWalk) We have since included DSAW and FAAN and other worthy causes.
